At BYOBB, we are committed to providing our customers with a smooth shopping experience and a hassle-free return process. Please review our return policy below.

 

Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 10 days of receiving your item.

To qualify for a return, items must meet the following conditions:

The item must be unopened and unused.

It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.


Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned:

Opened or used beauty and personal care products

Perishable goods

Gift cards

Custom or personalized items

 

Return Process

Request a Return: Contact our Customer Service team ([Customer Service Email]) within 10 days of receiving your order. Provide your order details and a photo showing the condition of the product.

Approval: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to ship the item back to our designated warehouse.

Shipping: Pack the item securely and send it to the address provided.

 

Return Shipping Costs:

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), BYOBB will cover the return shipping costs.

For all other returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider.


Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact our Customer Service team  cs@byobb.store immediately with your order details and a photo of the item’s condition.

We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, and all related shipping costs will be covered by BYOBB.


Additional Information

Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
