General Policy
Our products are shipped from USA and South Korea. Depending on the items in your order, shipments may originate from one or both locations. When ordering products shipped from both USA and South Korea, the shipping fees will be combined accordingly.
We do our best to avoid customs issues; however, we cannot guarantee that packages will not be inspected by customs. If customs charges are incurred, it is the buyer’s responsibility, as it is beyond our control.
Standard shipping may be upgraded to Express shipping due to weight limitations. If you prefer Standard shipping only, please contact our Customer Service team immediately after placing your order.
Due to weight restrictions by shipping carriers, Standard shipping orders may be divided into multiple packages without prior notice.
We are actively working to resolve delivery issues for countries where shipping is currently unavailable. Thank you for your understanding and patience. Gift wrapping fees are excluded from shipping rate calculations.
Delivery addresses may sometimes indicate the nearest post office rather than the customer’s exact address.
Certain beauty products and health/beauty supplements may be restricted from shipping to specific countries due to courier limitations.
When purchasing beauty products, only the Standard shipping option is available. Please place separate orders if necessary.

Customs Duties and Taxes
All applicable customs duties, import taxes, value-added taxes (VAT), and clearance fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Order limits and tax rates may vary by country. For example:
Australia: GST 10%
Singapore: Tax rate 9%
Norway: VAT 25%
United States: May vary based on the recipient’s address
Saudi Arabia: VAT 15%, no refunds or re-deliveries for customs issues
China: Orders exceeding ¥1,000 will not clear customs
France: If delivery fails, the package will be immediately returned, and no refund will be issued. Customs fee: €21
Europe: New VAT regulation in effect as of July 1, 2021. Check your country’s tax rate before ordering
Bahrain: Orders over $100 require formal customs clearance
Additional fees (e.g., customs fees, service fees, warehousing fees) may be charged based on local customs policies, and these are the responsibility of the buyer.
Hazardous Goods
Each country has different policies regarding hazardous goods. Customers are responsible for contacting local customs offices to check whether a product is considered hazardous. BYOBB is not responsible for providing this information.
Customs Refusal Policy
BYOBB is not responsible for packages refused by customs due to any reason, including refusal to pay taxes, banned items, or any other customs-related issues.
If a package is returned to BYOBB or disposed of due to customs refusal, no refund or re-shipment will be provided.
